insulated and with inner surface satin finish or mirror polished (from Ra=0,8 to Ra<0,2), with mechanical
or magnetical stirrer, control panel with PLC for managing temperature, pressure, steam, nitrogen, CIP,
speed stirrer;
- mixers various kind of mechanichal stirrer (impeller, closs blade, anchor, ribbon, gate),
with mechanical single or multiple sanitary seal or magnetic stirrer with control speed;
- heat hexchanger with single or double tube plate;
- reactors and fermenterm made of Stainless Steel AISI 304, 316L, Hastelloy, Incolloy,
Duplex, Hal Duplex, 904L, with capacity from 500 to 200.000 litres, according PED and designed
according ASME, UNI EN 13445, VSR, AD-MERKBLATTER calculus codes with thermoconditionig devices
(jacket, half pipe, dimpled coil), thermal insulated and with inner surface satin finish or mirror polished.
